The proposal aims to create a housing solution with exchange qualities without affecting the rest of the system, by respecting existing green areas and reducing the ecological impact. Polyvalent housing is proposed as an active space, open to the combination of activities and uses such as home, work and leisure. Turning the housing into a node for relations and interactions between the public and private.
